Unprofessional and overpriced. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received; my items were not treated with respect- things went missing, and the movers left garbage (cans of soda, energy drinks, open bags of chips, etc) in my home.

Sold us insurance, destroyed our $8700 antique/priceless chandelier, then never paid the claim after the owner assured us she would handle personally. Frauds.

Do NOT use this staff. They are completely difficult to work with. They do not keep their word. They upsell you on insurance that isn't worth the paper it is written on. They are rude and do not return calls or messages. I will never, ever use them and I will be making a claim with the Better B...

Richard was a great rep to work us up and he mentioned free boxes. So I drove out here and Johnny was professional and helpful, went out of his way to help. Someone should give this man a raise !Depending on the move review could change but high expectations with the great service so far.
